The cost for a whole or half pig is $4.70/lb plus the additional fees of $35 (butcher fee) and $70 (smoking fee). The butcher fee covers the cost to have your pig custom butchered to yield the cuts you requested. The smoking fee covers the cost for your pork to be cured and smoked in a USDA smokehouse. If you wish to not have any part of your pig cured and smoked (i.e bacon, ham, jowls, etc) then you WILL NOT be charged the $70 smoking fee.
On average, each half costs around $600-$650 depending on the overall weight of the animal.
Placing a bulk order requires a non-refundable deposit and a signed contract. Once your order is placed you will be contacted to complete a contract.
